About E-SarabunYW

E-SarabunYW is an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for schools. It helps each school’s staff receive, route, sign, and track official documents through the school’s administrative workflow — replacing paper-based document circulation with a secure digital process.

E-SarabunYW is a product used by schools and their authorized staff — administrative clerks, directors, deputy directors, heads of units, and operating staff. Each user signs in with an employee ID issued by their school. The app is not a public service and is not directed at children. Each school’s data is kept separate from other schools.

• Register incoming documents and assign running document numbers
• Route documents through the approval chain (director → deputy → unit → staff)
• View, sign, and stamp PDF documents
• Track document status and a full, immutable activity timeline
• Receive push notifications when a document is assigned, returned, or completed
